BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 bunches broccoli flowerettes, chopped
10 slices bacon, fried and drained
1/2 med. onion, chopped fine
2/3 c. golden raisins
1 c. diced sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped coarse

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar

Combine until blended. In large bowl combine and toss lightly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serves 6 to 8. If recipe is halved you may need more dressing with 2 tablespoons vinegar and 3/4 cup mayonnaise.
