MINT JULEP 
Sprig of mint
Water
1 tsp. powdered sugar
Shaved ice
Bourbon

Crush sprig of mint. Place sugar in goblet of water. Fill with shaved ice. Pour in bourbon to 1/2 inch of top. Stir briskly from bottom with a cocktail rod, keeping hands away from goblet as much as possible. Garnish with mint and serve when goblet is frosted.
