STUFFED ZUCCHINI 
1/3 c. oil
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 (12 oz.) can Ragu sauce
3 (8-12 inch) zucchini, split lengthwise

Peel and chop zucchini. Brown in 2 tablespoons oil. Add onion and saute 5 minutes. Add meat and cook well. Stir frequently. Add seasonings. Stuff shells, pour remaining oil over entire mixture. Cover with sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
