PIZZA CRUST
4 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. oil
1 pkg. yeast
1 1/2 c. warm water

Combine 2 cups flour, yeast, salt in mixing bowl. Add warm water and oil. Beat at low speed with mixer for 1/2 minute, scraping bowl. Beat 3 more minutes at high speed.

Stir in remaining flour to form a stiff dough. Knead on floured surface until smooth. Cover and let rise until doubled (about 1 hour). Pat dough into 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 2 inch greased baking pan. Cover and let rise 45 minutes.

Spoon your favorite pizza sauce or crushed tomatoes over crust. Bake at 475 degrees for 25 minutes. Add other desired toppings and bake 10-15 minutes more. Makes 1 deep-dish pizza or 2 regular crusts.

I also roll this recipe into 16 bread sticks. Let rise as directed, then brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with garlic salt and Parmesan cheese. Bake 15-20 minutes at 375 degrees until golden. Serve warm.
