CHINESE CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. hamburger - brown, drain
2 cans peas
2 cans mushroom soup
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. crushed potato chips

Mix first 5 ingredients well. Put in casserole dish. Top with crushed potato chips. Do not cover. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
