PINEAPPLE SURPRISE CAKE | |
2 c. sugar 2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 2 eggs 16 oz. can crushed pineapple 1 c. chopped nuts Pour into 13"x9" pan (greased). Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 375 degrees. Frost while hot. FROSTING: Cream 8 ounce package cream cheese with 1 stick butter (butter), 2 cups powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 2 tablespoons milk. |
