EASY NUT CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
1 pkg. chocolate pudding (not instant)
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. nuts

Mix pudding mix with sugar and milk. Cook to 238 degrees until drop of mixture forms a soft ball in cold water. Remove from heat and add butter. Cool slightly without stirring. Add nuts and beat until thick and creamy. Pour into a buttered pan, cut in squares. Makes 3/4 pound.
