3 c. sweet potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans
1/2 c. melted butter
1/3 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar

Mix potatoes, sugar, milk, butter, eggs and vanilla together well. Pour into buttered baking dish. Mix together coconut, pecans, brown sugar, flour and melted butter thoroughly. Spread over top of sweet potatoes and bake for 25 minutes at 375 degrees. You may want to add some red food coloring to the coconut on the top to make the casserole pretty.
