BANANA RUM CAKE | |
1 (18 1/2 oz.) yellow cake mix 1/8 tsp. baking soda 2/3 c. dark rum 2/3 c. water 2 eggs 1 c. mashed banana 1/3 c. chopped pecans Combine all ingredients; beat at medium speed for 2 to 4 minutes. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25- 30 minutes. RUM ICING: 1/3 c. butter 3 c. powdered sugar Blend. Add: 2 tbsp. rum Slowly drizzle over cake. |
