PEANUT BUTTER DROP COOKIES 
1 c. chunk or regular peanut butter
1/2 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. honey
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. sifted all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. sugar

Cream together peanut butter, butter and vanilla, using rotary beater on medium speed. Gradually add sugar and honey; continue beating. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well after each addition. Beat until light and fluffy. Add flour and soda, sifted together and beat on low speed only until blended. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Yield: 8 dozen.
