PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
1 - 20 oz. can chunk pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. of pineapple juice
1 c. grated mild or sharp cheddar cheese
1 stack ritz crackers
1 stick butter

Drain pineapple and save juice. Mix sugar and flour together, add pineapple juice. Place pineapple in baking dish, pour juice mix. over pineapple. Put grated cheese on top. Crush crackers and mix with melted butter. Place on top and bake at 350°F for 20 min. Double for 9x13 pan.
