PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
6 to 10 pork chops
1 to 2 cans mushroom soup
5 to 6 medium potatoes

Boil potatoes in large slices until almost done. Sauté (brown) pork chops in 2 tablespoons butter. Coat bottom of casserole dish with soup. Put in pork chops. Drain potatoes and put over pork chops. Pour remainder of soup over chops and potatoes.

Bake in 350°F oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
