PUMPKIN BARS 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 c. salad oil
2 c. pumpkin (16 oz. can)
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained

Beat eggs, sugar and oil. Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Add pumpkin, nuts and pineapple. Bake in two 9 x 13 inch greased pans for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. You can half this recipe for one 9 x 13 inch cake.
