WHIPPED CREAM CAKE 
1 c. whipping cream
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt

Whip cream until it holds a peak. Add eggs, beating well as each one is added. Stir in vanilla. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt and stir into cream mixture; stir well. Pour into a greased and floured 8 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
