SPINACH SALAD 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. fresh spinach
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can yellow wax beans, drained
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can Dole pineapple chunks

Wash and dry spinach; tear in small pieces.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. sugar
1 c. honey
1 tsp. grated onion
6 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. salad oil
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. poppy seed
1 tsp. curry powder

Combine and shake well. Will keep forever in refrigerator. Half is plenty enough for 3 or 3 salads.
