POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen shredded hash browns
1 can Campbell's cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream (or more)
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (or more)
1 med. chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients and bake in 9 x 12 inch baking dish at 350 degrees for 1 hour or bake in microwave oven 25 minutes, turning a couple of times.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
