TUNA CHEESE BALL 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. finely chopped chopped celery
Dash of hot sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. grated onion
1 can tuna
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Blend first 5 ingredients. Stir in tuna and celery; mix well. Chill several hours. On waxed paper combine nuts and parsley. Shape tuna mixture into 2 or 3 balls depending on the size you want. Roll each ball in nut mixture. Wrap in clear plastic wrap. Refrigerate. Serve with assorted crackers.
