1 1/2-2 lbs. sausage, cut in 1 inch chunks
5 med. potatoes, cut in cubes
3 or 4 green peppers, cut up
1 (29 oz.) can Hunts tomato sauce
1 (15 oz.) can Hunts tomato sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cloves garlic, minced

Place all ingredients in a casserole dish with a lid. Mix well. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 2 hours until potatoes are tender.
