NIKKI'S FAVORITE BARBECUED BEEF 
4 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sesame oil
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 clove garlic, peeled & finely chopped
4 tbsp. finely chopped green onions
1 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
1 1/2 lbs. sirloin tip, thinly sliced into 1/2 x 2 inch pieces

Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, black pepper, garlic, green onions, and sesame seeds. Add meat and mix well. Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.

Preheat oven to broil or start the charcoal grill.

Broil over grill meat for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until brown. Serve with vegetable side dishes and rice; or place meat on lettuce leaves with 2 teaspoons hot rice and a dash of cayenne pepper per leaf and roll up leaf.
