CINNAMON APPLESAUCE 
3/4 c. water
12 med. apples
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. red hots

Wash, peel and core apples; cut into quarters. Slice into two or three pieces and place in saucepan. Add water; cover. Cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until tender. Remove from heat; add red hots and sugar. Stir until red hots dissolve.

Serves 24.
