CRUNCHY CHIP COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. quick oats, uncooked
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
2 c. chow mein noodles

Beat butter and sugars until creamy; beat in eggs and vanilla. Gradually add sifted dry ingredients, mix well. Stir in oats, chocolate chips, and noodles. Drop by teaspoonful on greased cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
