VANILLA PUDDING DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flaked coconut
1 pkg. Jello pudding dessert

Mix flour, brown sugar, butter and coconut as for pie crust. Put in large shallow pan. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown, watching carefully and stirring. Put 1/2 of the mixture in a 9 x 9 inch pan. Cook pudding according to directions; cool. Put on top of crumbs. Add rest of the crumbs; chill. Serve with whipping cream.
