UPSIDE DOWN MOCHA CAKE 
CAKE:

3/4 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 (2 oz.) square chocolate
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white granulated sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. double strength coffee, brewed & cooled

CAKE: Sift together first 4 dry ingredients. Melt the square of chocolate and butter together. Blend in the 1/2 cup milk and vanilla slowly. Mix together with dry ingredients. Pour into greased (lightly) pan, either 9" springform or square (10"x10") works well.

TOPPING: Combine the first 3 ingredients and sprinkle over top of batter. Pour the coffee over top of all.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. When done, turn out onto a tray or plate that's deep to reserve the fudge sauce that will form.
