STUFFED PEPPERS 
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 c. cooked white rice
2 cans tomato soup
2 lg. bell peppers
1 egg
Salt and pepper

Combine ground beef with egg, cooked rice, salt and pepper to taste. Halve and clean peppers. Stuff meat mixture into pepper half and mound high. Place in a single layer in a pot, add 2 cans tomato soup and enough water to cover peppers. Bring to a boil and simmer, covered, 2 to 3 hours.
