CHIPS 'N CHEESE 'N TUNA
CASSEROLE
 
1 pkg. Mrs. Grass Noodles, Vegetables, and Country Butter Sauce
2 tbsp. butter
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna, drained
1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar mushrooms
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. potato chips, crumbled

In a medium size saucepan, add 3 cups of cold water, 2 tablespoons butter and both envelopes containing noodles, vegetables, and sauce mix. Mix thoroughly. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

In a 2 quart casserole dish add the above mixture with mushrooms, cheddar cheese and tuna. Mix thoroughly. Sprinkle potato chips on top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 4-6 servings.
