PISTACHIO SALAD 
1 lg. can undrained crushed pineapple
1 c. sm. marshmallows
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
1 c. pecan meats
1 lg. carton Cool Whip

Mix dry pudding into crushed pineapple. Add marshmallows and nuts. Fold in Cool Whip and pour into shallow 8 to 10 inch pan. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
