4 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Bring to a boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add 25 large marshmallows and stir rapidly until smooth. Add one package (11 oz.) milk chocolate chips and one package (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips. Stir well. May add 1 cup nuts. Pour into buttered 9x13 pan.
