FROZEN MASHED POTATOES 
5 lbs. potatoes or 9 lg.
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. onion salt, or minced onion
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter

Cook and mash potatoes very fine. Add all ingredients. Put in a large greased casserole. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. May cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate several days ahead or may be frozen. Thaw before baking. Serves 10 to 12.
