FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
1 c. diced pineapple
1/2 c. diced peaches
1/2 c. white cherries, cut in half
1/4 c. maraschino cherries, cut in fourths
1/2 c. diced pears
1/2 c. chopped pecans
12 marshmallows, cut in fourths
1/4 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. confectioners' sugar
1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 c. heavy cream (can use whipped topping instead)

Drain fruit. Combine pecans and marshmallows with fruit. Combine orange juice, lemon juice and mayonnaise with fruit mixture; add confectioners' sugar and lemon peel and mix. Whip cream and fold into mix. Put in individual molds or large mold and freeze. Serve on lettuce and garnish with 1/2 maraschino cherry and mint leaf.
