1 sm. pkg. strawberry Jello
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen whole strawberries
1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip

Boil 1 cup water, add Jello, stir to dissolve. Add frozen strawberries, as many as you like. Stir until thick. Add Cool Whip and stir. Can put fresh strawberries on top for looks.
