SWEDISH MEAT BALLS | |
2 lbs. ground beef 1 egg for each lb. of beef Garlic salt to taste Paprika to taste Pepper to taste Mix all together and make into small balls. Brown and drain. Mix 1 package of onion soup mix, 2 (8 oz.) cans of tomato sauce and 1 (8 oz.) can of water. Simmer for 1/2 hour. Add meat balls and simmer until thick. Serve over spaghetti. |
