CRANBERRY COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. orange juice
1 egg
3 c. Gold Medal flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped nuts
2 1/2 c. coarsely chopped frozen cranberries

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cream butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar. Stir in milk, orange juice and egg. Mix in remaining ingredients. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto greased baking sheet. Bake 10 to 15 minutes. 11 dozen cookies. If using self-rising flour, omit salt and soda.
