SASSY CRANBERRY COOKIES 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. orange juice
1 egg
1 c. walnuts
2 1/2 c. chopped, fresh or frozen cranberries

Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Beat butter and sugars in 1 1/2 quart bowl, stir in milk, juice and egg. Stir in dry ingredients until dough is smooth. Stir in nuts and cranberries. Drop by rounded teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet 2" apart. Bake 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Makes about 6 dozen cookies.
