JOYCE'S COFFEE CAKE 
1 white cake mix
4 eggs
2/3 cup oil
1 cup sour cream
1 package instant vanilla pudding (good with lemon)
1 tsp vanilla

Crumb Topping:

1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup chopped nuts

Put 1/2 of mixture in bundt pan or angel food cake pan. Sprinkle nut mixture. Add rest and vanilla pudding. Top with nut mixture.

Bake at 350°F about 50 minutes.
