COCKTAIL MEATBALLS TO FREEZE 
1/2 c. corn flakes, crushed
1 sm. onion, grated
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 eggs, beaten
2 lb. ground beef
Salt & pepper to taste
1 bottle chili sauce
Juice of 1 lemon
1 (6 oz.) glass grape jelly

Thoroughly mix ground beef, onion, garlic, corn flakes and eggs; season to taste. Shape into walnut-size balls. Combine remaining ingredients in a heavy skillet; simmer 5 minutes.

Place meatballs in the sauce; cook slowly 1 hour. Cool. Refrigerate until fat hardens; skim off and discard fat. Pour into containers and freeze. Reheat to serve. Yield: 65 servings.
