MARCHIONDA'S LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground sirloin
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 box lasagna noodles
16 oz. ricotta cheese
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
4 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 (16 oz.) can tomato paste
1 c. sliced tomatoes (can)
2 eggs
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. basil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. oregano
1 chopped med. onion
2 tbsp. olive oil

Brown onions, sirloin and sausage; drain well. Add tomato paste and seasoning. Mix eggs, cheeses and oregano. Cook noodles until tender.

In 13 x 9 inch pan, spread a little sauce, noodles, meats, and cheese. Layer again. Do not layer top with Mozzarella use Parmesan. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve hot.
