BERMUDA SALAD BOWL | |
1 sm. head cauliflower 1/2 lg. Bermuda onion, sliced in rings 1/2 c. sliced olives 2/3 c. French dressing 1 head lettuce, torn into bite-size 2 oz. crumbled blue cheese Slice cauliflower and combine with onion and olives. Pour on French dressing. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes. Just at serving, add lettuce and blue cheese, toss lightly. Add croutettes. Serves 8. |
