PEAR KUCHEN 
2 (1 lb.) cans pear halves
1 egg
1 tbsp. milk
1 pkg. pound cake mix

TOPPING:

1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. dairy sour cream
2 egg yolks or 1 whole egg

Drain pears and slice into eighths. Set side. Combine eggs, milk and pound cake mix. Pat into greased 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Arrange pear slices over top. Combine remaining ingredients for topping. Spread over pear slices. Return to oven and bake 30 minutes longer. Cool. Cut into squares. Makes 12 to 15 servings.
