BANANA SPLIT CAKE OR PIE 
1 stick melted butter
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 sticks butter, room temperature
2 eggs
2 c. powdered sugar
4-5 bananas, sliced
1 (18 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
Cool Whip
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. chopped red cherries

Mix together 1 stick melted butter and cracker crumbs for the crust.

Mix 2 sticks butter, eggs and powdered sugar for 15 minutes. Pour over crust. Slice on bananas and pour drained pineapple over pineapple. Cover with Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts and cherries. Cool 2 hours in refrigerator. Use 1/2 recipe for pie.
