RAW APPLE CAKE 
2 c. diced apples (raw)
1 unbeaten egg
1/4 c. salad oil
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts or dates

SAUCE:

1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook over low heat until blended, add vanilla last. Spread on cake.

Mix ingredients in order given. Mix well. Bake 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or sauce (above).
