CRABMEAT SPREAD 
12 oz. cream cheese
1 very sm. minced onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
Garlic juice and accent to taste
8 oz. fresh crabmeat (or canned)
1 jar of Heinz chili sauce
Fresh parsley (for color)
Salt to taste

Put cream cheese, onion, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise, garlic juice and accent in bowl, mix well. Place in flat 9 inch bowl. (I use Pyrex pie plate.) Spread crabmeat (or clams) over cheese mixture. Garnish. Refrigerate 24 hours and serve with Triscuit crackers.
