CONEY ISLAND SAUCE 
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 lb. ground beef (lean)
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. chili powder
1 c. catsup

Optional.

Cook onions in butter until soft. Stir in meat and chili powder. Cook over medium heat until meat is lightly browned. Add catsup. Cook 20-30 minutes. Add a little water if it gets too thick. Can be frozen.

Spoon over hot dogs and top with chopped onions if desired.
