COUNTRY BREAKFAST 
2/3 c. diced ham
1 c. hashed brown potatoes
1/2 c. chopped onions
6 eggs
1/3 c. milk
1/3 c. grated cheese

Saute potatoes and onions together until onions are tender. Put in a 9 inch square pan with ham. Pour eggs and milk beaten together over ham. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 10 minutes more.
