MEXICAN MEDLEY 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped green pepper
8 oz. uncooked noodles
1 can tomatoes
1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. chili powder

Brown meat; cook onions and green pepper until tender. Drain off excess fat. Add remaining ingredients. Cover, simmer 30 minutes until noodles are tender. Cayenne pepper may be added.
