10 chicken wings (20 pieces) Small size cylinder grated Parmesan cheese 1 tsp. garlic salt 1/4 lb. butter, melted Packaged seasoned bread crumbs equal to half the cheese Cut wings into two parts, discarding the tips. Dip pieces in melted butter, shaking off excess, and then into a mixture of grated Parmesan cheese, seasoned bread crumbs and garlic salt. Coat well. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, uncovered on cookie sheet. Can be made ahead and frozen, bake just before serving. |
