CAJUN CHICKEN WINGS 
5 lb. chicken wings

SAUCE:

1 tsp. lemon juice
1 or 2 pkg. Good Seasons Italian mix
2 sticks butter, melted
1 (12 oz.) bottle Louisiana hot sauce

Fry wings until light brown. Put in flat baking dish. Mix ingredients for sauce and pour over wings. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
