CHINESE COLESLAW 
1 lb. shredded cabbage
3 carrots, shredded
1 bunch green onions (adjust amount according t taste)
1 c. shaved almonds, toasted (toast in oven, stir frequently)
1 c. sunflower seeds

Toss the above ingredients.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. peanut oil
1/3 c. red vinegar

Add dressing to slaw. Just before serving, add 1 package beef Ramen noodles, uncooked. Slightly break up noodles.
