SWEDISH NUTS 
1 lb. pecans, toast lightly in 325 degree oven
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt

Fold warm nuts into egg white, sugar, salt mixture.

Melt 1 stick butter in 10 1/2 x 15 1/2 x 1 inch pan in oven. Remove pan from oven and spread nut mixture into pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes until no butter remains in pan.
