STRAWBERRY GLACE PIE 
1 (9-inch) baked pie shell, cooled
2 c. strawberries, sliced
1 c. hot water
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. strawberry Jello powder
Whipped cream

Place strawberries in the bottom of cooled pie shell. In a small saucepan, combine the water, sugar, and cornstarch and cook until clear. Remove from heat and stir in the Jello powder until dissolved; spoon over strawberries. Refrigerate several hours and garnish with whipped cream.
