RICE PILAF WITH RAISINS 
2 tbsp. butter
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. uncooked long grain white rice
2 1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. raisins

In large saucepan, melt butter; add onion and rice; cook about 3 minutes until onion is translucent. Stir in broth and raisins; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 20 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid absorbed. Makes 4 servings.
